Scoop Bookcase 6 cube is both a bookcase and toy box in one. Open spaces to sit books/trophies and boxes to stash away toys.

Adding a further dimension this bookcase features a perfectly positioned seat for kids to sit, read & play. Seat cushion optional. Angular timber frame encases itself around solid timber boxes. Scoop conceals intricate mitred joinery with simplified finish.

Interchangeable, the boxes can be configured into all cavities. Timber options include Tasmanian Oak or American Oak with Satin Lacquer finish (samples sent on request). Designed to co-ordinate with scoop bed, chest of drawers + bedside table.

Tasmanian Oak

A sustainable native Australian hardwood and it's a trade name for a few species with similar features. In Victoria and NSW it's called Victorian Ash. It is recognised for its excellent staining qualities, which allow ready matching with other timbers, finishes or furnishings. Colour: varying from light straw to reddish brown with intermediate shades of cream to pink.

American Oak

A sustainable hardwood from America and is the trade name for a variety of species. It's also quite similar in appearance and colour to European Oak. Colour: pale to medium golden brown.

Please be advised that timber is a beautiful natural material with grain detail, colour and finishes subject to variation.

Tiers all fabrics are heavy duty upholstery weight fabrics and we source from reputable fabric houses such as Westbury, Wortley, Warwick, Zepel and more. The colour choices and textures are for you to specify.
