Postage is calculated per order. However, if postage does not calculate, we will call you with a postage quote. You are also welcome to call us in store at any time and we will provide you with a postage quote.
If an item is currently out of stock, due to high demand, we will contact you to inform you of the timing.

Full priced linen or accessories are eligible for refunds or exchanges within 14 days. Sale items are eligible for exchange only. No refunds or exchanges on SECONDS.
To be eligible for refund, items must be returned in original condition & packaging within 14 days of purchase. For exchange, items must be returned in original condition & packaging within 30 days of purchase.
Please note that linen can not be refunded or exchanged if removed from packaging.
