POSTAGE  (LINEN & ACCESSORIES)

Lilly & Lolly send linen and accessories anywhere within Australia either with Australia Post or Hunter Express.

Postage is calculated per order.  However, if postage does not calculate, we will call you with a postage quote. You are also welcome to call us in store at any time and we will provide you with a postage quote. 

If an item is currently out of stock, due to high demand, we will contact you to inform you of the timing.

Lilly & Lolly endeavour to dispatch all orders within 5 working days. 


RETURNS (LINEN & ACCESSORIES)

Full priced linen or accessories are eligible for refunds or exchanges within 14 days.  Sale items are eligible for exchange only.  No refunds or exchanges on SECONDS.

To be eligible for refund, items must be returned in original condition & packaging within 14 days of purchase.  For exchange, items must be returned in original condition & packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Please note that  linen can not be refunded or exchanged if removed from packaging.

To be eligible for refunds or exchanges customers must provide a receipt for proof of purchase.

FURNITURE DELIVERY

Lilly & Lolly furniture is designed and made with care in Sydney. Once confirmed, your furniture order will be made and delivered within the following time frames:

Sydney Orders 5 to 7 weeks
Interstate Orders 8 to 10 weeks

When purchasing furniture online, you will not be charged for delivery at the checkout. Once we receive your order we will call you to confirm the items and discuss the delivery cost to your area. If you would rather discuss the delivery cost before paying for the order, please select 'Request a Quote' in the payment process and the order will be processed as a quote without payment. We will call you shortly after with a delivery quote and the order can be paid over the phone.  


EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

Lilly & Lolly authorise refunds/exchanges for orders returned unused and unwashed, in the original packaging within 14 days of the receipt of goods. Please have a copy of your invoice ready. Please note that refunds are not available on sale items. Refunds apply in accordance with consumer legislation for faulty garments.
